MAYOR MAKING CYCLE RIDE

CITIZENS:MK MAYOR MAKING CYCLE RIDE THROUGH CMK

At 5.30pm on Thursday 16th May, business and education leaders from across Milton Keynes will join Citizens:MK and meet in Station Square to thank MK’s Mayor and Mayoress, Cllr Mick and Mandy Legg, for their support of cycling in their mayoral year.

At the three Mayor’s Cycling Awards events they have presented 23 awards to 16 schools and 7 businesses for achievements in the MK Business Cycling Challenge and MK Secondary Schools Cycling Challenge.

This will also be an opportunity to welcome MK’s new Mayor for 2024-25, who will lead the ride from Station Square to Campbell Park Light Pyramid and back using Road and Redways.

Families and friends are invited to join the relaxed, fun ride, which will include chocolate prizes for those who gather clues on the route to reveal a magic word.
