Our family cycle training is a great way to have a family day out whilst learning new skills.  Whether you are an experienced cyclist or complete beginner, brushing up on or learning new skills is always a good thing.

BIkeability Level 2 course aims to develop riders’ skills and confidence for cycling on quiet local roads and Redways.

Throughout the 2 hour course trainees will be shown how to;

  • Cycle safely and responsibly
  • Identify and respond to hazards
  • Start and stop on-road journeys
  • Maintain suitable riding positions
  • Share the road and communicate with other road users
  • Read signals, signs and road markings
  • Manage risk when cycling
  • Negotiate junctions

After the course participants will be presented with a Level 2 certificate and a badge.

Booking is essential for this course and places are very limited so please respond promptly to emails to ensure your place is secure.  Sessions will be allocated on first come first serve basis.

Each course costs £10.90 per person for 2 hours training, payable when you book.
