Broughton Cycling Groups Free Intro Rides to Road Cycling

Cycling is not only brilliant for your physical health but for your mental health as well.

So if you’ve been wanting to get on your bikes and on the road for a while, but never got around to it, then now is the time – and this ride is for you !!

Broughton Cycling Group, based in Milton Keynes are offering introduction rides on 19^th and 26^th January.

The rides are for people who are interested in getting more active with road or group cycling and are free.

BCG has over 300 members of all ages and abilities and has a wide variety of rides of varying pace and distance, no-one ever gets left behind.
