Roll & Stroll at Bradwell Windmill

We’re hosting a fun community event this summer at Bradwell Windmill and everyone is welcome. This event also forms part of the Great Big Green Week, celebrating community action and greener, more sustainable ways to get around.

There’ll be lots to enjoy for children and adults, including:

• 🎨 Free face painting
• 🎭 A fun theatrical show by Histrionics
• ✨ Bling Your Wheels & Heels: get creative and decorate your bike, scooter, shoes, or wheelchair
• 🎯 Mini games 
• 🔒 Free bike security marking by the MKCC Transport Team: secure your bike, deter theft, and make it easier to recover if it’s ever lost or stolen.
• 🩺Dr. Bike: Bring your bike along for a free safety check and minor repairs from a qualified mechanic. Please note that bike parts are not included as part of the Dr Bike service.
• ☕ Refreshments available
• 🚴‍♀️ Women’s Social ride: Join Ann and Jane from Cycling Citizens MK on a leisurely and social ride from Bradwell Windmill along the Ouse Valley and returning to the Windmill leaving at 11am. The ride will be for women and we will ride for around 1 hour, stopping for a breather along the way and enjoying the sights of the very pretty Ouse Valley. The ride is traffic free. All bikes and abilities are welcome. We will ride to suit the group, no one ever gets left behind! We particularly welcome those women newer to cycling, or getting back into it. Sign-up now!
