Free Women’s Cycling Sessions in Milton Keynes
Looking to build confidence on a bike or get back into cycling? We are offering free women’s cycling sessions in Milton Keynes, designed to help women of all abilities feel confident, comfortable, and happy on a bike – whether you’re a complete beginner or just a little rusty.
These friendly and supportive sessions focus on building confidence on a bike, developing everyday cycling skills, riding safely and comfortably around MK, and enjoying cycling at your own pace alongside other local women.
All sessions are delivered by fully qualified, all‑female instructors, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can learn, ask questions, and grow in confidence.
Bikes and helmets can be provided if needed. Just bring yourself and enjoy learning to cycle in a supportive, encouraging setting.

Take the Next Step: Follow-Up Rides
In addition to the cycling sessions, we are also offering free guided rides that are fun and friendly, short and easy (under one hour), on local redways, and led by our qualified female ride leaders to help you put your new skills into practice.
Our Bikeability Instructors highly recommend joining these follow‑up rides, as they’re designed to gently take you to the next level – building confidence, improving real‑world riding skills, and helping you feel comfortable cycling independently.
These rides are a great way to build confidence, and you’re welcome to bring a friend along too. All follow‑up rides start from Two Mile Ash School.
